Christmas Pictures in January?

Yes, that would be the Christmas photos we took on December 7th that we just got the digital photos of this week!  Next year we will plan much further ahead of time so that we can send out our cards.  Seven years of photo Christmas cards and a miss on year eight!  Cry, cry!  :(

Swimming Class

Taylor passed her swimming test in December, so she graduated from Mommy and Me class to a class where they swim alone with the instructor.  In order to pass, she had to glide and kick her legs, float on her back with little assistance, walk her hands down the side of the pool for a good stretch and grab for rings at the bottom of the pool.  I was so proud of her (the other little girl testing too was screaming and crying the entire time, but not our little girl).  I no longer have to get in the pool now so I'm thrilled!  Woo hoo!

Caroline Is SOOOOO Happy! (Most of the time)

She is the happiest baby.  She literally waits for someone to look her way all day and, when she catches your glance, this is how happy she gets.  That is until the witching hour hits around 6pm!

Taylor's 2nd Birthday Par-Tea!

Everyone had such a great time at Taylor's tea party.  The weather cooperated and was in the 70s!  And the new bounce house was tons of fun.  The food and drinks were a big hit - muffins, tea sandwiches, "tea" (aka hot chocolate), fruit salad and tea cakes (beautiful petit fours from Moeller's).  Taylor even blew out BOTH of her birthday candles all by herself!  Each kid got to take home a potted pink and green snapdragon plant that said "Thanks for coming to my Par-Tea."

It's hard to believe our beautiful baby girl is already two.  It's been such a fun two years getting to know you, Taylor.
